I am applying for a internal job posting at work. I'm not very good at answering several questions. 1. I have to elaborate on my strongest personal attributes as an employee. 2. I have a debt of 28,000, and a loan for it for 12.99% for 96 months (611.00 payment). I have been thinking about transferring the debt to credit cards: 16000 at 1.9% for 8 months then 16.99% after, and the rest to a 5.99% fixed amount. Should I transfer the debt or keep it under the 12.99% loan?

I'm scheduled to go to work in about three hours; however, I haven't been sleeping well lately and running after a 12 mo. old all day. I did take a nap, when she did, this afternoon but I still feel really groggy and disorientated...kind of lightheaded too. Should I go in to work (it's a four hour shift) or call in sick? I called in sick last Wednesday as my daughter had a fever.

This shop will have lots of grapevine running around the ceiling with mini lights, meditation music and hardwood floors. I need a name that isn't too long, but shows the character of a tranquil, homey shop. The shop will NOT be country kitch, but more one of a kind items, including some home made pottery and gift crates for delivery and online ordering as well. Any help would benefit me GREATLY!!! We have lived in our house for 3.5 years and plan to purchase a new home in 1.5-2 years. Our mortgage is 6.25 30 year fixed. We took on a 2nd mortgage about a year ago to pay off debt. Now we want to refinance and roll the two together with our existing car loans and credit card, so we can fix any credit problems, make payments easily, etc. so it will be easier to buy the next house. The new rate being offerred is 6.95%. Our mortgage payments will be $400 more, but we will be saving an additional $400 in monthly payments. We figure our credit will improve greatly. We were worried about paying down a credit card "over 30 years", but the refinancing co. reasoned that we will only have this "bigger" mortgage payment and interest rate for the next couple of years; it's the mortgage for the new house we need to be concerned about. (And by doing this, we will improve our credit and chances for a better mortgage next time.)

The company I work for sends me there to do housework (I'm a home support worker). There are LOTS of big brownish spiders with super long skinny legs. Usually they are just in the laundry room area in the basement or in the stairwell but today I counted 3 on the ceiling in the upstairs bathroom. Every time I see one I feel so light-headed. I'm having nightmares about these kind too. Do you think my boss would understand if I wanted to quit that place?
