I'm scheduled to go to work in about three hours; however, I haven't been sleeping well lately and running after a 12 mo. old all day. I did take a nap, when she did, this afternoon but I still feel really groggy and disorientated...kind of lightheaded too. Should I go in to work (it's a four hour shift) or call in sick? I called in sick last Wednesday as my daughter had a fever.

will you be more sorry that you went, or more sorry that you didn't make the money? If it's not about money, stay home with your daughter, but if you need the money to feed and support her, do what's best for her - you'll survive being tired!

Make a pot of coffee, and go to work. It's only 4 hrs. Then, after work, go to the pharmacy and buy some sleep aides. Go home, and get some rest.

Employers don't like their employees to call out on a regular basis. If you want to keep the job, go to work!
