I work in Real Estate Loans /Sales/ Purchases . Best way to get leads that are not used over and over?

Tried buying leads but find out they sell the same ones to every one ,over and over . Business is a little slow and I could really use any info you might have to offer me..

95% of the leads you can purchase on the internet is crap. The best way to get leads is to market yourself. Go to open houses on the week-end and talk to the realtors there, place ads in free publications in your area, meet with builders, have first time buyers seminars in apartment compexes, etc... I have been in the business for a long time, it takes hard work and a little bit of money, but it is worthy. Also, you need a decent web site, I can help you with that if you need to.
