I was kicked off of ebay, suspended forever, Does anyone know how to get back on. I have tried different name, address, card info, but still get suspended within a week. I am a stay at home mom and need extra income. any ideas?

We are looking to purchase a house that is for sale by owner. We plan to get a home inspection done on the house, but they would like a very informal offer before we get to far into things. What are some things we should include in this informal letter to purchase this house. I need help. Any suggestions would be helpful. All we know that we want to put is that it is contingant upon the home inspection.

Some company just called me regarding my Credit Card that I havent made payments to in forever. I think at this point, it was a legal firm, not a collection agency. They said they were going to recommend I go to court. What happens next????? I'm scared. What can I do?

I have a job with a small company. My problem is I don't think I'm being paid enough. My husband also works at this same job in the shop and I in the office. I've worked there a year longer than him & get paid the exact same amount as he does. I have many responsibilities that include payroll, accounts payable & receivable, answering the phone, taking orders, dealing with unhappy customers, cleaning, safety supervisor, etc. I am also considered Human Resources but have never had training to do so. This means I am a part of employee reviews and write ups, including my husbands. I work with only one other lady in the office who has been there 10 years longer than me. She is the office manager & makes almost three times more than me. I tried to ask her why I was paid the same as my husband, & her response was "they're on a higher pay scale". It doesn't seem like her pay reflects that. What should I do? Leaving isn't an option. Am I being discriminated against because I'm a woman?

Just last month I took a job ,I get good salary of 9500/- but with this amount I need to look after my sons school expences and our house expences as well. Instead of taking house on rent I feel if I purchase house I can treat the instalments of loan just as my monthly rent which I would have paid and at one time this house would be mine some day . the type of house I am looking for are costing about 20 to 30 lakhs,so from where to arrange for loan as my job is new and I have no property or gaurantor to loan formalities . I am planning for another job also will I be able to work at two places or can you suggest me something where I really dont require to work and some type of investment or anything else would help me though my finance problem. I am very hard worker I just need guidence for my plans and some method to earn more money

i work in the er. i was in triage today. we had like no patients all day. well here first is a bit of history for you about the co-workers in the er-nurses, docs, techs, everyone is always online on the internet when we ARE NOT busy. one day i even so my supervisor pass by the secretary that was on the internet looking at dogs and my sup told her, "Oh that dog is soo cute!" THATS IT! we have nurses that get in triage and they buy stuff on ebay alll day long!!! WHEN WE ARE NOT BUSY. so today i was in triage all day by myself. and very bored. so i got on perezhilton a celb gossip site. shoot i just wanted to know about the latest celeb gossip. so being the nice person i am a call one of my co-workers and ask her to come take my palce so i cacn go and BUY HER whatever she wanted from the coffeshop right down the hall and buy me one cause i was falling asleep from boredom. well she is all kool with it. when i get back my sup points to me and tells me to get in her office now! my co-worker told on me!!! she was looking at the site i was looking at and found some half naked black woman on there and called my sup to go see!!!!!!! so then my sup calls IS and HR and i got fired!!!!! I CAN NOT BELIEVE THIS!
