statistics are available on the rbi website. as per terms of wto signed by india, financial services including banking are required to be liberalised. level playing field for foreign banks. the public sector bank employees are worried that their pot bellies may get flattened, and are suitably worried. a bank open for cash transactions 15 hours a day, customer being offered more choice are all coming.
