Depends on the nature of the meeting actually. Is it internal or with external party? is there any critical or crucial item on the agenda that needs to be confirmed, etc. If the room is packed with very senior executives (internal and customer) and the agenda is a serious one, you can bet it is going to weigh like the whole earth!

Three hours does not sound exceedingly long. If there is a lot of material to be covered and everyone is really into it 3 hours can go by in a glance.

they come in different weights,2 min just a nod and wink. quickie=little finger
bit more strenuous about 30 mins=full bicep movement
and the real biggie about 4 hrs= what are my bollocksdoing on the floor
