I know it will ruin my credit report but i dont intend to come back to Canada. The bank does not have branch to the country where i am going.

what you want to do is steal!Do you think you're so smart that they won't find you??banks never lose money!it's people like you that make good people have a hard time getting a loan!!Shame on you!!!so when foreigners want to get a loan ,banks won't give them it and then the foreigners will start shouting'racism'now you see why people don't trust people from other countries???this is how you pay them back for giving you a loan??you creep!!!

First of all it's obvious you don't think of it as a LOAN. It will however, be considered grand theft, should you choose not to repay it. I'd be less inclined to worry about credit ratings than felonies, if I was you.

That said, and with no real offense to anyone who is Canadian, I'd LEAVE Canada, with no more than pocket lint, just to be leaving.

It doesnt matter about your bank, they will send it to a collection agency and then that will ruin your credit report if you dont pay them. It can affect your chances of getting an appartment, or even a competitive job.

Don't even think about it! They will reach you eventually and the sum isn't worth the hassle!
