I can't seem to keep my hands of myself at work either. I spoke to my attorney about what I could do about this issue and he told me to go f@$% myself. I responded argumentatively- "But that's exactly why I'm here!!!"

Well, I'm a babysitter (self employed) so I don't have much problems with sexual harassment at my job! LOL Three year olds tend to play with toys instead of my butt!LOL

I did have one dad of a kid I babysat, though, that would make me feel pretty uncomfortable at times. He was always making comments about me wearing low cut shirts, etc. and one day he even said "Save a horse, ride the babysitter!" (Like Save a Horse Ride a Cowboy that Big & Rich sing)

Other than that one, I haven't had any problems unless you count my husband grabbing my butt or kissing me during babysitting hours...which I don't count.lol

I'm self-employed and I harass myself all the time. No problems or complaints have been filed against me at this time.

since i own the business and all my secretaries are required to wear stockings and garter belts and skirts to work I do not see any harassment and never have been sued so all is good in Ohio .

The angle you have to approach this from is, not is it a problem but rather: If you " rub one out" on the job while you are getting paid, is Uncle Sam your pimp? Because you are getting paid, but he is getting a cut.
