They lost the rewards I earned 3/26/06-5/25/06 before they converted to their new system. I have had numerous calls with them about this beginning 5/11/06, and they haven't gotten it straight yet.

Contact your local consumer advocate (local paper or TV station). You can do what they do yourself by calling Capital One and asking to talk to the VP of Customer Service. Get his/her name off their website. Doing that will prompt them to ask why, you tell them the issue, you'll be directed to someone else who will use their executive influence to expedite a solution to your problem.

I've done this for other things and it works well.

check their rating on the Better Business Bureau site for other complaints, and if you have a complaint, report it to them so it goes on record.
