Hi, i know what your question means. i also think stock market is a nice place for investing.
I found some useful tips in stock trading. It includes stock basics, how to protect your profit, find a potential increase share, control and manage stock risk, when to sell/buy stock and so on.

Good question. Sometimes the link says basic charts, other times the link is for the new charts. I can't figure it out.

Go to yahoo finance, and open a stock quote account by clicking on my portfolio. than click on create/edit my portfolio.
this will take you though the steps to the type you wish to use.
