I want to know if someone is already paying off a chapter 13 bankruptcy if they can file chapter 13 before pay

I want to know if someone is already paying off a chapter 13 bankruptcy if they can refile a new chapter 13 bankruptcy? It is on medical bills. Can that be combined with the chapter 13 bankruptcy they are paying on now?

You can only file once every seven years.
