My old boss signed my name and submitted a credit reporting paper in my work place 8 months after I had started,Since then I had a credit report ran in Dec of this year to rent a home and low and behold from the date he signed that paper to now still, there are all kinds of inquiry from motgage lenders, credit cards, car people etc, can I find out who for sure asked for these credit ratings to be run? I have also been hit with bank fraud since then also.. I can not believe that someone can falsify a document and do this and no one can stop it... Please help

I am having problems with catching up on bills. I have already filed bankrupt and everytime I turn around it is something. I wished I could get help to pull out of this catch up business. I work and my husband and my kids. we have cut back on everything I work 6 days a week and my husband does things on the side. We can never get caught up

a name containing ****, *****, dick, rape, etc. Would a bank grant an account and print checks (with the name, of course) if your business had such a name? Is there a program to print checks designed by oneself-checks which backgrounds would be pornography-.that would link to the latter bank account?

My husband and I are considering moving to the San Diego Country Estates area of Ramona. If anyone here lives in Ramona, I'd appreciate any feedback on how you feel about living there. I have a harassment lawsuit against my employer and it was recently dismissed because of a filing error on my part. Now the clerk of court has sent me a letter asking me and the opposing attorneys to present discovery to each other. I'm representing myself and the attorneys for them really jerked me around. The amount I'm asking for is miniscule and lawyers are asking more than that to represent me. Anyway, does anyone know of free online advice to help me? At one point I really wanted to drag my employer through the mud. Now, I just wants this thing to be over. By the way, I'm still employed there.
