Does anyone know what the current capital gains tax rate is when trying to flip a house? Is the tax rate dependent on the profit made on the sale? Say I "flip" a house this fall....do I have to declare the profit on my taxes come the end of the year?

I am talking about the marketing position. I once heard somebody(who applied the marketing position) had spanned four months for the up to seven times interview at microsoft,including one that required him to live at microsoft's hotel for 4 days.is that true ,and does it applies equally to every vacancy's recruiting?

My hubby is trying to open his own garage to work on/customize cars and we can't really find anything.

We've thought about building a small garage to start off with but would rather lease one. I've searched a few sites but nothing turned up for our area.(Greenville County ,SC).

1 1/2 weeks at my job and working with all guys. When does the scarcasim stop? Nothin too rude that I can't handle. But I want to feel more confident and comfortable around them with out them making me feel helpless. I don't have any experience at this job so everthing is new to me. The sucky thing is that I have to lift up heavy stuff and need there help alot. Which they say they don't mind, but I'm sure they do.I've got alot to learn and need to get a weight set as they like to joke about all the time. Do you think the government cares nothing about the average american, old people and sick people? Why do they steal thousands upon thousands of dollars in social security during your work life and give you back pennies you could hardly live on. It seems they only care about rich people ! My family owns a trailer and they have 1 sewage system to use, but my uncle owns another trailer hooked up to the same sewage system. Can you have that or is it illegal? I'm wondering because my aunt is wanting to turn us in to the health department when they already know and i want to know how that is possible.
