I agree with the previous two answers, and have something to add: Be aware that the credit cards that approve you 100% instantly are going to be costly to use. They may charge you an annual fee, an extremely high interest rate, and/or a deposit.
The key in your case is to shop around as much as possible. Why? Simply because the more you look, the more chance you have of finding a better deal.
I did a little surfing on the Web for you, and did find a site that rates credit card companies for people with less than perfect credit. Check it out at http://lendersrated.com/creditcards.htm
I hope this helps you.

No, it depends on your credit report, if you have to get a quick loan there is always Payday Loans offices all over the continent. Lines of credit:depends on the bank you go to Visa/Mastercard:depends on your credit report, and usually it may take a few days to know if youre approved. Also many things are taken into concideration example: past payment history to other loans, assets you may have (stock, real estate, or simply savings) Income. And in most cases if it is your first credit card youre looking at a limit of about $500 so they can start to see if you can handle small amounts of debt first before the bank trusts you enough to raise your credit limit. Just make sure it's paid on time and that you are able to take care of it. I never recomend revolving a high balance.

Yes, a secured credit card. That's were you give the company say $200 and they approve your card for $200. This would be if you had no credit, bankruptcy etc.
The better your credit and score are the quicker you get approved on credit cards. We notice once we bought a house, we were approved
instantly for every card we apply for... Good Luck...

Pre-Paid cards are usually your only option. However.. I did find a site with credit cards for poor credit, which are of course almost 100% approval. I found the cards at http://affiliatetier.com/credit_repair/credit_cards.php and searched for category poor credit... many cards to choose from.
I found http://affiliatetier.com/credit_repair/credit_cards.php?review=1165&page=3 to be the best card for poor credit, according the rating and benefit rating, seems to be the best card for poor credit or 100% approval - %15.15 Variable APR with annual fee of ONLY $39 and the category says Poor Credit

Well not 100 percent only a catalogue card or a prepaid card will do that - but Orchard Bank is as close as you can get to 100 approval ratings. You can them all here
