My family owns a trailer and they have 1 sewage system to use, but my uncle owns another trailer hooked up to the same sewage system. Can you have that or is it illegal? I'm wondering because my aunt is wanting to turn us in to the health department when they already know and i want to know how that is possible. So if anyone knows if that is allowed or is she can turn us in i like to have some answers. thank you.

Check with your local health department. In most locations it is not permitted.

Depending on how large of a septic system you have and what it was design for.The basic septic system has design parameters such as finding the recommended septic tank volume and conventional recommended on site waste water soil absorption system (leach field or drain field) size . I have seen people add bathroom to a house that has a septic system so it will work .As far as if it to Plumbing Code I'm not sure because it depends on the state and size of the septic . Tell you Aunt to chill out as long as it doesn't clog system it working fine . There no health concern .

You would need to contact your local health department to find out what the rules are for your area. It depends on the size of the septic tank, the size of the home, and you may be "grandfathered" in, so that it does not matter.
