The Motorhome was in the shop at least 6 months last year and 6 months this year. I want to sue for the monthly payments on the months we couldn't use it. It was made by Thor/Four Winds Corporation. You ought to see the Mission Statement about how wonderful the product is and how they are focused to satisfy the customer.
They have made no move toward resolving my lost time even though I've repeatedly opened the door for them...
I cannot find any clues on the legal sites I've been on.

okay, i am only 18 and i have been employed (with two jobs) for about three months. i was thinking that by the time next april comes around, i should have the right to file my taxes because of my income. but i am still living with my parents and i think that they claim me on theirs. can i file my own? and if i can, then with whom do you all recommend to help me out with them? and how much does it cost to have someone file your taxes for you? help me!!!!!!!!!!

my dad has found a property that is to good to pass up and is qualifffied for a bridgeing loan if we get a renter or a firm offer on the house we have now I dont think we should sell because he only has 100,000 left on his current morgage and if we rent for 4 years and pay some extra money he can get this morgage payed off and the bridgeing loan in 5 years as well as comming out of it with alot of money is renting really that complicated and is it worth the hassel to be morgage free and fianicaly well of in 5 years instead of 15?
also are house is up for sale right now and can/how do we get rid of our realesate agent ?

obviously the question pretty much explains itself...my husband and i have bad credit (from being stupid teenagers/young adults)...and we are tired of paying sooo much for rent, when a mortgage is alot cheaper...so does anyone know of any places that will finance you with bad credit and that will not ask for like 20,000 down payment???

I am a college student. I am trying to get financial aid. I didn't work last year so they are asking for my husbands tax return. HE filed head of household last year. We weren't "legally" seperated but seperated for about 6 months. Will this hurt me? Can anyone help.

Assume I earn base salary of $100K per annum in Company A, which is profitable. Our company gets acquired by company B. Manager tells me that to level the salary levels with company B, my base salary has to be brought down to 90K and I will be offered 15% bonus if I do well, team does well and company does well. Thus that becomes variable bonus. Can employer reduce my base salary just like that, when company B is profitable?

I graduated from college in 2002 with a BS in Computer Information Systems. Till this day, I have yet to find a position directly in my field of Computer Information Systems/IT. Currently I am employed for a big company but working in a position that is not directly in my field and with low pay and no room for advancement. If I have a decent car - say a Honda Accord
and I have to drive approx. 15 miles to work 5 days a week, 15 miles back home + any driving to school, shopping, etc.. So let's say I am driving 50 miles a day - how much will that cost for gas approx.?

I live in California and gas is approx. $3.50 right now.

Just an estimate - you don't have to be too specific - it's just I have no idea if 50 miles means $5 or if it means $50 ..
