Go to your HR department. If you don't have one, seek legal action.
Document, document, document! Always walk in (whether to HR or legal counsel) with specific documentation including times, dates, and nature of the incident.

Document, document, document. Start now. Try to recall of the dates, times, events.

Build a case, if you have one. Ask other people for their opinions about the "verbal abuse."

Make sure that it's verbal abuse. Yelling "get back to work" after you've been goofing off is not really verbal abuse.

Having someone tell you, "You know, you're very good looking," may not be verbal abuse in a certain context.

Everyone's opinion can be different, including a judge and jury. Imagine a police recruit reporting "verbal abuse" by his instructors. They go through a ton of screaming and yelling on a day-to-day basis and from an outsider, this is verbal abuse at it's worst. But it's NORMAL and situational.

This is a website that I am sure you could explore about all types of verbal abuse. Oh.. and also contact a lawyer. You can talk to Public defenders for free to find out if you have a case or just need some advice.

Call human resources or a tipline your company offers and file a harrassment complaint against your boss. You might have to submit all the incidents in writing and how you felt about them before action is taking place
