I am a single mother who job is relocating to cincinnati. i need a apartment 2-3 bdrms. the area dont matter. i have a full time job. i need the rent to be no more thn 450.00 mo and no credit checks and reasonable income standards. i have impecable rental history, i dont move around alot. i make enough to cover rent and bills just not 3 times the rent like some is asking.i am looking for someone who will basically take a chance on gaining the perfect tenant. i promise i will not let you down. i am from chicago ,il. i live in a four bedroom house i pay 750.00 mo now so the amount i am seeking will be no problem, my current landlord took a chance and now is sad to see me go.. please some one anyone ,,, i need a apt. by 10/01/06 or i will miss my opportunity to stay with my company......
