I am currently a teller at a bank. I've been a teller at this company and at one other company. How do I go about describing the job experience part of it with out repeating myself? It would basically be the same description for each company.

I am a first time director and the staff knows this and some of the times it seems like some are looking for something to go wrong. Especially the last person we hired. She is constantly making excuses for her work not being completed. After asking her numerous times and still not getting the work. I sometimes get frustrated and say "I need the paper work right now!" She says something in this regard "Why?" So I snap back with "because I'm in charge" You have to understand this person pushes all the right buttons and I have told my supervisor this many times but it seems to fall in deaf ears. When I went for my first review after 8 months at this job I was shocked & hurt I couldn't believe what I was hearing. I never imagine such a bad review. I did everything that was expected of me plus more. Why did they wait so long. My review read: I use power and control to show that i am boss. And that I spend to much time focusing on others' weaknesses instead of what they are doing well.

Well, I'm 17 and I just applied for a job and I got called for an interview, but I don't have a Minor Work Authorization form. I don't even know how to get it, and neither does the manager of the place where I'm applying to. I've asked some of my friends and they don't know either. I am a C.O.O(chief operations officer) against a VP Sales with an ego. I don't jump when he needs something like I do with my boss. He is a whiner and I'm to just "handle the situation". Many sit downs, but no resolution. He does not like to play nice in the sandbox type. It's exhausting and he complains to my boss all the time. I just do my job. How do I detour this from my boss, so he doesn't have to soothe egos so the company can run without dismissing my associate from his position. I'm the company man, he's the company girl(no offensive to women - he's just catty and causes trouble) I'm not the only one he targets - its mainly women. How can I get to a respectable level without causing my boss to have an ulcer - We NEED to work together.

She has now blabbed to other coworkers and is mad that I made more than her. I don't work there anymore, but this is my personal business that I don't want to be public knowledge. What should I do? I'm 16-years-old and I'm going to become a junior in Edward R. Murrow High School in Brooklyn, New York this year. I want to become a graphic designer and I want to find out how to become one in the near future... so it would be my job for life.

I need to know where should I register my name and who should I talk to about this. I also need to know what good colleges/institutes/universities in New York teach graphic designing and would test me for my ability. And I need to know what courses/subjects are necessary to be with a good grade in order to achieve something that will open the door for me to have the opportunity of being in the designer's crew.

Anyway, just tell me what to do cause I really hate just wasting my summer doing nothing. I'd really appriciate it and give you 10 points for it. Thank You!
