The county Tax Records are public and should have a listing and address for the owner even if they are absentee.

The local tax rolls would have the information, although the general public doesn't really have much access. Try calling the local assessor's office, and ask them.

Realtors in the area would also have the information, but may not be legally allowed to give it to you.

go to your county's property appraisers web-site. there should be a property search option...put in the address of the rental & it'll show the owner's name & address.
