There are numerous jobs that you can do right from the comfort of your own home, which will allow you to not have your son around alot of people.
1) Babysitting- depending on experience (and as a parent you qualify as having alot of experience) and things such as do you provide snacks, what physical activities and educational activities are there, etc., you can charge as much as 10 dollars per hour per child.
2) Data entry (such as processing medical records) which many times allows a person to work from home.
3) Setting up a company and selling wholesale-- it entails sending out catalogs and receiving orders over the telephone (places such as SMC, etc.).
So there is much you can do, from the comfort of your own home, which can ensure a decent income, yet will allow your child to remain in a clean, comfortable, and safe environment.
And as an afterthought, in response to:
vpsinbad50:
There are MANY places which allows parents to have their children, or at least allow them to be close to their children (such as a company daycare center located one floor down from the parent, etc.), and most can accomodate children with special needs (such as those with immune issues that must remain in very clean conditions), so please do not criticize the person asking the question, when they are only trying to find solutions to their situation.
Remember- respect others.

You could always get paid to do online surveys.. Doesn't make the thousands a week they promise, But I do it and get maybe between $100 -$250 a week and this is all in my lunchbreak at work so not too bad I spose.. So If your willing to put in maybe 1hour a day it's pretty good..

Good luck. I'm a manager where I work and I don't know any company that would allow you to bring your child to work with you. Its a liability issue.
