My hubby is trying to open his own garage to work on/customize cars and we can't really find anything.
We've thought about building a small garage to start off with but would rather lease one. I've searched a few sites but nothing turned up for our area.(Greenville County ,SC).

Have you tried a local realtor or one that specializes in commercial property? Also, the classified section of your local newspaper should list them if they are available.
