i used to smoke weed alot and stopped over a year ago.. however on july 29th i took about 5 hits.. NOW-- i have a drug test for a job sometime in the next week!! Ho wlong will it stay in my system, and what can i do??!!

Love life and job offer dilemma?

I am currently a college senior finishing up my last summer interning with a wonderful company. I have been told by my boss that he expects me to get a permanent job offer with this company.

Here is my problem: My boyfriend has already graduated, and has a good job in the Cincinnati area, whereas the job I am currently interning in is located in a different state. The company has an office in Columbus, but I don't know where this job offer will be located. I have openly spoken of my relationship, and that I would like to work in Ohio, but I don't know if the job offer will happen that way.

My boyfriend and I have decided that we want to get married as soon as I graduate and get a good start, so how do I decide what to do? If I get the offer for the not-in-Ohio office, do I take the job and see if I can get transferred, or do I look elsewhere closer to where his job is currently located? (I know Columbus and Cincy aren't close, but we're willing to commute between the two.)

Which is better to say?

If I am asked in an inverview, "When can you start if you were hired?" should I say, "I can start at any time." or should I say, "I'd like to give my employer two week's notice but if you need my right away I wouldn't have a problem giving less notice to my current boss."?

The first option is straightforward but means I would burn my bridge with my old employer but the second option tells the interviewer that I don't have good character because I'm not willing to stand up for what I believe in.

How do I behave when working with a manager who creates a hostile working environment?

I work at a high end luxury boutique and I have a manager who demonstrates rude behavior on a daily basis. She barks orders, talks to me in a raised/annoyed tone of voice when I ask her questions about the product we're selling, and constantly says "You should know better than that"- a remark which I feel is belittling. I'm only scratching the surface. I feel anxious when going to work, I am unhappy with the conditions that I work in. Please, any advice would greatly help.
