I had targeted $1,200 for my employer-sponsored flexible spending account (FSA) for the entire year 2006 and used $900 through July. Up to July I had contributed $700 to the FSA plan. If I leave my job in August, will I need to repay the difference of the amount ($900-$700)?

Please include the source in your answer. While the answer to this question seems common sense, loopholes sometimes do exist.

I doesn't really make sense to me that a company does creidit checks for employment. I completely understand about a background check, but what could there be on credit check that is not on a background check?

I have a Company mobile cell phone. I am using it with my own sim card. any way, it was given to me to use because my personal phone had broken and my boss likes to keep in contact with me so they gave me this phone to use. any way i am leaving tomorrow and i would like to keep the phone. When i was 1st given the phone it didnt wrk properly and it was kept as a spare. my boss said "you can have it as long as your nice to me"....well i think I've kept my side of the bargain... but how do i go about asking if they want the phone back or not (the company is of 6 people and fairly laid back as most are family) and i also wonder if they will want it back because phones are out-modelled so quickly....

With terrorists targeting commercial airliners isn't it about time that 'nominal' and 'minimal' took a back seat ? Let's face it - which form of transport would you least like to be in - if it is in trouble ?
They design fighter aircraft with ejector seats - because it would be pretty handy to get that pilot back, so he can go and kill a load more people. I would have thought by the same token that if a passenger is killed in an air disaster be it man made or otherwise it would have been better if he was still alive so you could make more money out of him/her.The humanitarian considerations seem to be non-existant - it just seems to be a case of 'stack 'em and rack 'em'.

Just for arguments sake - if the passengers in those jets hurtling towards the twin towers and the pentagon had actually had some form of 'out' be it parachute, ejector seat, etc., there wouldn't have been much point in screaming out 'in the name of allah' would there ?

Please help me prepare...lol. What might they ask? This is for when people call the toll-free number to get service (cable or hight speed internet) hooked up and they get a representative.

I have 5 years telephone banking experience where people called toll-free number to get account bal. checks cleared etc. and/or if they needed a bank rep. they got me. I was very good at this job and the last two years in this position I cross sold bank products and was VERY successful at this. I was top seller in small business department 8 out of last 12 months (I took blend of consumer and small business callers). I remember saying I finally found something I was good at and that was SELLING. I really want this job with Cox Communications.

Can you help me with this interview?

The boss (female) was a bully anyway but now I've resigned it has got worse. I have a months notice I sit in the same office. I want my final salary so I can't just leave. Help it is not pleasant.
