No. I was told from a previous employer that you really only need to list jobs if you had them for more than 3 months. Now if you have only had summer jobs and you're still in high school then I guess you would list some jobs that were only 3 months for experience purposes.

My personal opinion is no. Especially since you were fired and didn't quit. You really aren't REQUIRED to put any job you don;t want your future employer to know about on an application. If you want an official answer contact you local department of public works.

It's better if you leave that out of your re'sume' simply because it shows instability. An interviewer will take this fire as a sign that you may be a risk. The cost of training a new employee is sometimes very expensive and they have to take care in who they hire.
You should keep clear records of all of your jobs as a reference to yourself, trust me, it WILL come in handy in the future wheather you are applying for a job or a student loan.

no I would not include it, unless it is a state or federal application where they may be able to pull employment records. If you do not get a check from this place that fired you, then leave it out all together.

NO why would you. Technically you can't use them as a reference because they only worked with you 3 days, what exactly do they know about you? except for the fact you were fired.
