THAT KINDA MESSAGE IS NOT GENUINE AND WHY THE HELL THEY WILL GIVE U FREE MONEY. PROLLY U HAD NEVER PURCHASED ANY TICKETS FROM AUSTRAILIAN GOV. ALSO IF ITS REGARDING VISA PURPOSE MAKE SURE U HAD FILLED ANY TYPE OF FORMS. TRUST ME I GET THIS MAILS EVERYTIME. SPECIALLY IN USA.

I am thinking it is NOT. Most places that send you stuff like that are lying. Do you remember playing any lotteries in Australia? I'm thinkin' no, ergo, it's a fraud. Blow it off since it's probably a hacker trying to get into your computer and steal all your info. Good luck!!

It's a SCAM.
Absolutely, positively a "Nigerian 419" scam. You never bought a ticket. NO lottery awards prizes to someone who didn't buy a ticket.
If you respond you will, sooner or later, be asked to pay "fees". If you give out your real phone number, you will be harassed. If you give you your real e-mail you will be spammed to death!
