Like the NY times how do they get it all over the place before sunrise on sunday and other days?

Most big newspapers have printing arrangements with local printers. When the editors complete the layout, they send it electronically to all printers they work with, wherever in the world they are. So if you read NY Times in LA, Seattle, Toronto, or Miami, it was probably printed locally...
