If you are just starting out, I would say just write the slogans for some local businesses and then walk in and ask them if they are interested. Basically, you just have to keep writing and writing. Most of your effort will be rejected but you have to hone your skills.

You'll want to contact name creation firms. These companies are in the business of creating names, slogans, etc. for people. Do a search for "name creation" or "creative naming" and plenty of links should pop right up. Many of those companies will have an established group of people/linguists that they employ but it certainly cannot hurt to ask; perhaps they can provide you with further resources.

Do you have a linguistic degree? Do you have experience in this field? What are your qualifications? These are just some of the types of questions you'll more than likely encounter.

Hope that helps!
