You gain their confidence, make them feel involved with the firm, build a good team and by watching their reactions you gain a lot of information about morale. Try to make your feedback honest and unbiased but always positive (meaning that if you have to talk about negative issues, there are ways of doing that constructively), always give credit where it is due and encouraging words to those who didn't get a special notice this time round.
I'm glad you didn't ask about disdvantages!

Feedback to a staff not only acts as a way to boost moral within the work place, but also serves as a way for employees to learn exactly what you want as a boss so that they can become a more efficient employee. Negative feedback should always come after you have first given the employee or staff positive strokes, and should never come as a rep-remand to your entire staff. Your staff does need to know what you don't want them to do in order to avoid doing it, but it should come in the form of information for improvement, or in the form of in-service for the entire staff.

The advantages is that you will have a happier staff.. ALWAYS and I mean ALWAYS give a positive with a negative... NEVER EVER just give a negative.. But they need to know what they are doing wrong so they can improve and as well, they need to know what they are doing right so they will feel good about their job!

Hi, perhaps you can try Google adwords to market your service/product.
Google adwords is a text-based system for advertising on its site and its partner sites. The service allows you to create your own ads, choose keywords to help match your ads to your audience, and control the cost of your advertising—you pay only when people click on your ad (a cost per click plan). Anyone wishing to promote a product on Google can enroll in this program.
you can get a 5 detail pages information about Google adwords at :

Good Luck && Best Wishes!

1) well makes them better...people can't improve without feedback
2) keeps your staff wanting to work for you because you are actually communicating with them.

They feel that you notice their work and care about them. Of course if its negative feedback they might not be so happy to hear it, but a good employee will realize its for the best, especially if you present it in a constructive way.
