If you dont' know where your going it doesn't matter which way you go and your prone to wandering aimlessly. You also have no way of measuring accomplishments and successes.

First of all you must have a clear idea of the definition "Objectives"

If "Profit", "Sales Revenue.......billion $", "Customer Satisfaction", "Best Product in its Category",
"Maximum Return on Investment to Shareholders" are the Objectives, then you work towards achieving these. Manage your company well - by solving problems, taking the right decisions and looking for new opportunities.

Most of the times you may not be able to achieve all Objectives. Then narrow it down to the most you can.
