Maybe this is a silly question, but here it goes:
I am using the Companies House (UK) online service. I want to appoint the company's secretary as a director but also want him to remain secretary. In the online form 288a, do I tick the box which says "Director" or "Director&Secretary".
In my view I should tick "Director" as he is already the secretary. But I just wanted to be sure. Thanks.

As a full time, 25 yr old student, I am tired of throwing money away on rent. Currently, I pay my rent with my financial aid, as do most students. My credit is excellent. In the town where I go to school, you can buy a home for $40,000. I have the down-payment. Is there any loan that I could qualify for. Oh, by the way...I don't work, so that I can keep my 4.0. (yes I know that this will hurt me.) Any advice you could give would really help.

Is there a government office where she can be turned in and they will make her pay her staff?
She is a very poor manager, and when they ask for their wages, she screams at them.
They are mostly college students and her "friends."
These people desperately need their money that they have worked very hard for, and by having her temper tantrums she has stalled them and they just keep working and hoping!
The person who told me about her has quit, and she is going to turn her in if she can find out who to get in touch with.
It has to be free, because obviously they have no money!
