If you're very knowledgeable, responsible & mature and can answer all of my questions to my satisfaction, then I'd probably let you arrange my mortgage.
I'd much prefer a more mature looking person sitting across the desk from me though because hopefully that person has had more years of experience.

The girl that did my mortgage was 24 to be exact a few years younger than me. I had no problems with it at all and if questioned something she told me she would get her manager in the room just to ease my concern. She did a great job got us a good rate and a great loan so I have no complaints. Now a young realator forget it!!!

My son looked very young for his age so he grew a goatee. It worked. Dress in dark business suits and wear a tie. If you are a female, dress conservatively also in dark business clothes, and wear dark closed shoes. Keep your shoes polished and be well groomed. You will do fine.

i think young people should be valued in very knowlegable professions because they just got out of school so they know the newest stuff, and its all still fresh in their heads.

i think its crazy too.. you don't get a clientel just by your looks.. you do it in other ways, like being recommended, and plus you're NOT 19 so dont worry.. if its what ou want to do, go for it

If he spoke intelligently and seemed to know what he was talking about, I wouldn't care. As long as you know your stuff, your look shouldn't be an issue.

It has some truth to it, but don't let that stop you. Everyone has to start somewhere. Let your work speak for itself. Good luck.
