I have my mom to co sign on me on an auto loan. But because of my good income I think it would be better if I just get added as an authorized user to her credit cards and I go and apply for the auto loan.

How do I work out getting all of her credit history. Just get added and her history from the credit cards goes on my credit report correct? Fill me in please. Thanks

Cliff Swatner is single, 33, and owns a condominium in New York City worth $250,000. Cliff is an attorney and doing well financially. His income last year exceeded $90,000, and he has sufficient liquid assets to supplement his condominium and other tangible assets. Several years ago, Cliff began investing in stocks and bonds. He made his selections on the basis of articles he read describing good investment opportunities. Some have worked well for Cliff, but others have not. Cliff has never taken the time to evaluate his portfolio performance, but he feels it isn't very good. Cliff currently has about $90,000 invested. He has been dating a woman lately and hopes to marry her in three years, at which time he will need $20,000 for marriage expenses and a honeymoon. Cliff's only other objective is to accumulate funds for retirement, but he does not have a specific dollar target for this goal. Cliff feels that he has a moderate risk-tolerance level.i just need help on how to do this.

I have an apartment collections on my credit. I know the easiest way is to either pay it or may pymnt arrangements with the collection co, but it is for a considerable amt and is pretty recent.
The amount due is around $2000 from a broken lease (I moved out due to a family situation).
I am relocating to the Denver area from out of state due to job and do not have enough time to get it paid. I dont want to make arrangements with the collections agncy until I am settled and can honor the arrangement.
What apts in the Broomfield, CO will lease if this is unpaid ?
What communities do not do a credit check ?
I would also be interested in renting/leasing a duplex or townhome in this area if anyone knows of a good place to locate them ( besides the newspaper).

Thanks everyone !!

My neighbor's kids used to mow my lawn for a fee. Last year I told him I would be taking care of it myself from then on and I bought a lawnmower. But each week, if I don't get out and mow my front yard before about noon on Saturday, he'll have his kids do it and then he will trim and edge and occasionally, even water. He has not asked for any money and I have not offered. I prefer to do my mowing in the evenings when it's cooler, but frequently I will come out to the front yard with my mower on a Saturday afternoon and find him already mowing it. I have made subtle hints about the situation but haven't made a huge deal out of it. I think he does it out of generosity but am not certain. For a while I thought, if he wants to do work for free, let him, but now I am wondering what the legal implications are. Can he file some kind of claim against me or something?
P.S. I am not a slacker, it's just that I prefer to choose for myself what day and time I do my yardwork and he doesn't wait.

Is not the builder suppose to have already done that, or do I have to do that as one does with a home that has been lived in before? It could save me loads of money as it is on a 5 acre parcel in Georgia. Also, dont i get a year warranty on the home in case something goes wrong with the house? What about a home inspector? I wouldnt need that would I, cause it is brand new, right? I just dont know. Help everyone, I really need to know and I need to know very soon!!!! AAAAAAACCCCCCCKKKKKKKK!!!!!!! LOL!! thanx, Lauren

Where state do you live in and what do you pay for late fees when your rent is late, and what do you pay for rent and how many bedrooms do you have?

This is being asked to research housing issues and to see what is the norm now days.

I am in a 2 bedroom mobile home about 14 x 40 ? small anyway. I live in a small town in northern to north central mn and pay $395.00 month and if rent is paid after the 3rd we are charged a late fee equal to 10% of rent and in addition to that another $5 dollars a day after the third of the month. Which comes to almost half the rent if a month late.

A lot of the research I've been doing lately has been screaming at me to buy infrastructure and it's not just Cramer. US has got to fix that power grid, build more plants and the world needs more energy infrastructure in general to meet with increasing demand. I already have CAT but is it time to buy Foster Wheeler and Haliburton? What important is can anyone see a mini infrastructure craze happening because the markets are itching to get out of the state it's in? If infrastructure does take off will steel as well?

I've been a loyal customer to this card company for three years, i have never been in default on anything (that includes other accounts, rent etc.) in my life, i always pay over the minimum balance and i have a good credit score, but everytime i call the company to ask to lower it they say they can only go down like one point. The apr is 21% fixed, isn't that high?

I've been unemployed since November 2005 when our company had a major lay-off. I've gone back to school to change career paths, but have also been looking to get another job in what I was doing. Unfortunately, nothing has come up yet and I'm getting kinda" bummed-out about the fact that I can't find another job. School is going to take another year and a half to finish, and to be quite honest, I really don't enjoy school anymore (I've been there, done that) and would just like to get back to working in a chemistry lab again. Anyone ever been unemployed and found themselves in this situation? I'm just venting I quess. Thanks for listening.

Ya know those websites that say u can make hundreds or thousands of dollars a week working at home? And they say u only have to work a few hours a day. Are they for real or is it all just a scam. Can u really make all that money with those sites? I'd love to do it if i really could make that much money. Does anyone do that or know someone who does?
