If I said I will be back next year but found this better offer and i am not on a contract for a new year yet is it ok to break my word? Its for 2300 more a month plus paid vacations including summer, (its a school) should I accept the new offer? If I don't am I acting with out moral principals. I am supposed to go back in a week so its not like I am giving a two week notice but I not on contract yet either.

Also they haven't paid my friend her last salary and I was threatened at one time if I needed to be replaced. I dont know if the other school is unstable or not or if I will be happy there either.

I am ok with where I am at yes I did have that one incident but it was one time in two years and I am forgiving we all say things without thinking sometimes. I just want to make a good moral judgment beneficial for my family too.

What do I do? Is there anything or any orginaztion that can help me get some sort of assistance even though I don't have insurance?? I lost EVERYTHING and the people who own the storage said that if I didn't purchase insurance through them or if I don't have renters insurance basicaly I'm screwed. Is this true?? They didn't even contact me until 6 days AFTER the flood to advise me that I had any possible damage, how is that fair?

But if you donot send money to them for transfer fee, taxes, and other fees theywill not communicate to you again. If they really have money why not give them to their countrymen. Do they mean they are that rich? Does it mean these people are all scammers? And can you give me the information of these company and persons. Like offshore company services, Dr Wilson Hua, Bewy Devy, Jane Uwaoma, Barrister Benson, Dr. Odon .

Really I am looking for one which has either an international debit card or an associated credit card as I will be travelling at the end of the year for 3 months in SE Asia and then over to China and if its one where money can be set up to automatically be skimmed into a savings account that would also help, otherwise it gets complicated as to what money is being transferred where.

Also looking for other benefits as well such as best interest rate, lowest overdraft fees etc. At the moment I have a standard HSBC account, which at least would have the advantage of there being loads of machines to use, although from what I can gather you would get charged for this overseas - bit ludicrous to me but there you go.

I have an 80/20 mortgage. The second mortgage is at 12.5 % (tell me about it) I wanted to know what the best way to apply extra funds to this acct would be, to principal only, escrow, what? Is an extra payment to the principal better than paying it biweekly (on my own accord). I plan to refinance in about a year. Please advise!

I'm thinking of using a discount realtor to sell my home. They charge 4% and say they pay the buyer's agent 2.7%. Is that the same percent the realtor gets from a traditional agency? I assumed it would be 3% (1/2 of 6%). If there is a .3% difference does that keep some agents from showing your home?

Does anyone out there have an opinion about Eagle Realty in the St. Paul, MN area? Good, bad, ugly?

Am I being penny wise pound foolish trying to use a discount realtor?

What's the easiest way to get my own comps? I don't trust a stranger-in-a-suit enough to believe the slick comp. reports they fabricate.

Thanks

I left a job off of my resume because I didn’t want to look like a job hopper.

Right now there is a new company that wants to hire me, but they want to do a background check first. They have emailed me a form that tells me to list all the companies I’ve worked for in the past 5 years and the contact information for my supervisors.

I’d like to list that job on the form because I feel like leaving it off would be lying. But, I’m afraid if I put the job on the form they will make a comparison between the form and my resume and will see that the two don’t match.

What do you think? My instinct is to come clean and put the job on the form. This company really does want to hire me. I’d hate to be fired five years from now after they find out I lied on their form. Of course, they could always refuse to hire me now because there is a job that is listed on the form that wasn’t listed on my resume.

I am re-building my financial services website from the ground up.

I am adding a links page to add websites that everyday investors like & find useful.

They can be about specific investments, general investing, more in depth subjects like estate and college planning. They can be professional type sites, such as those frequented by CPA's & Estate Planning Attorneys. Your choice!

Any suggestions would be beneficial.
