I don't know if there is. I doubt an bank will allow an account to remain open with a zero balance very long. If you are opening the account to accept some form of electronic transfer, it is probably possible.

DUH! IT DOESN'T WORK THAT WAY. YOU HAVE TO MAKE A DEPOSIT TO OPEN AN ACCOUNT.
