i want to see what my credir score is, but i don't have a credit card at the moment, all the credit score places asks for a credit card number??? anybody have any websites where i can get a free credit report that doesn't require a credit number!!! please help!!

I'm in wv. The landlord is here twice a year and i pay a go between the rent money every month. I have nothing in writing. I have been given about thirty days to move however notice came while on vacation. which reduced time by about a week. I want to know if there is anyway i can get the time extended in order to have time to look for a place. I have been here for 7 years and have done nothing different now than i ever have. I think he just wants me out because he knows i was looking for a place to buy and he has other people wanting to rent the house. The wiring and plumbing in the house are in a terrible state. There are 8 rooms all hooked up on one breaker. And all the fixtures in the bathroom are starting to leak. Can i make it so he has to fix all this properly before he can rent it out again?

I love my job very much, and I feel I am very good at it. The only problem is that sometimes I feel like I don't interact enough with my coworkers. Due mostly to the fact that I am very introverted and unsure of myself. I get along well with my coworkers and have never had any problems with them. Since I am going back to work after a rather long vacation, I am ready to start over and change the way I go about interacting. Does anyone have any serious advice on how to become more social at work? Serious answers only please.

Shouldn't they define exactly what gesture, expression, slang, words, touch, etc or a combination of those, and under what exact circumstances it constitutes " sexual harassment" instead of taking for granted that a female did not like or offended by a guy? Something that's offensive to one woman may not be offensive to another depending on their upbringing, culture and beliefs. What's offensive may not be offensive to you.

Okay here is the deal.... we had a credit card that we only charged our monthly cell phone payment to (it was charged auto) we would pay the $55 balance on the card each month in full.

Well a few months ago we get a note from the cell company stating the card keeps getting denied, after calling the Visa card co. they say we declared bankrupcty. NO WE DIDNOT!!! We have perfect credit and all accounts are paid in full. After playing the hold on game they come back with 'ohhh we will take care of this' they didn't say their mistake BUT having never declared bankruptcy we know it's their mistake. Now after pulling our credit report it states this "Ch 7 bankruptcy discharged"
it looks like we declraed bankruptcy. What does this mean how does this affect my credit now? What can I do to prove they did us wrong and made a mistake? I did cancel the card immediatly after because they are idiots.
Please answer only if you have experience w/these things. THANKS

I am trying to get my credit in good standing and I dont have any credit cards right now. I dont want to go applying for everything because that will look bad on my report.

I was told that a secured card will help me build up my credit
Is that true?
Are there easier ways to go about this task?

in the past all you had to do is scratch off something peel off something or just pop off the cap and you knew you didnt win anything.now you have to do the same thing plus you have to log on ,register,and put in codes just to be told you didnt win anything.

i work for a company that bought land set modular homes on the property and sold to consumers. some of a the property was bought using my name witch i found out later was fradulant.once the property was transfered the owners pick up a check from the attorneys paid from the trust account made out to me and they fordged my signature to it. they deposited the check into there company bank account. i filed a police report in regaurds to forgery.the checks all totaled 500,000 .the company is now out of biz for various reasons.nothing ever came out of the investigation is there any thing i can do? i am willing to pay a 20% to anyone who can find a solution to recovering the money
