Is it safe and can a successful licensing agreement be negotiated so I will get my royalty check..I really can,t afford an international patent attorney are there any that will work for a percentage ..will and can they safeguard me and make a difference in china... can a international patent attorney structure a deal that even in china you will get paid....I only have a few day,s left and the plans will be ready...he want the plans and a letter of authorization...does anybody know how this works and can they help me...l am in dire straits...I worked on this for years and I am so close.. put every dime I had to get to this point and I don,t know how to keep from getting screwed...A lot of people are depending on me and I don,t want to let them down...knowledge and experience are power and I don,t have the finesse and skills or experience to do this right... I am guessing and groping in the dark....the way it feels now is if i blow the deal no money...if i make the wrong deal no money..

Eg - if I want to buy 5 litres at 96.99p it would cost £4.84p.95. This does not exist as currency. Would it be rounded to £4.84 or £4.85? How can this be legal practice? Does any other item retail at a fraction of a penny?
