I have a discharged bankruptcy chapter 7.Will I be able to just apply for credit cards under a business name?What if I file for a LLC?I have no family most of my friends are broke I have to do this on my own not sure where to start or whom to ask thats why I'm here..Please HELP

I was cleaning the stove and some water(just a little) fell into the burner holes (gas stove) and shorted the whole stove top resulting in a small fire. No other pysical damage happened. Does my landlord have to replace the stove even though I broke it?

I received an email from the Diamond Bank, London, UK stating in very specific terms that I had won $1,000,000,.00. Sounded like a scam but I want to find out how and why I received this email. I was given a London phone number and fax number as well as the email address: diamonbank_plc2@yahoo.it.

I am a student who took out a 20000 Private loan. I now realize I no longer need it but I barely miss the refund period. Now I owe about 21,000. Now the interest rate makes it so that If I were to keep this balance, I owe 300 something dollars each month or then it will be capitalized. If I paid most of it and only had a balance of 1700 left, will I still owe 300 something dollars every month or will it be lowered significantly?

The reason for the question is based on my lack of understanding interest rates.

I want to do somthing no body has ever done before. I looked around, did some reserch and i came up with something no body has'nt even done yet.

Starting a Tea shop in my own opinion is a great idea because i dont even see any type of business that started a place where people can come in drank all kinds of tea, also i believe this is a good idea because there will be on compertition .

So i want your option on this idea? Do you thinks its a cool idea?

My Bank charged me $32 for a .99 overdraft. Is this legal? I know that banks are exempt from state usury laws, but it's not fair under any circumstances. I wrote to their customer service dept. and they said it was a valid charge. On 6/9 I made an online purchase for .99, usually funds are withheld immediately and listed as pending. Three days later I had an emergency and had to withdraw all the available funds out of my account. To make a long story short, my .99 purchase made three days prior to my final withdrawal cost me $32! I believe in paying for my mistakes, but this is ridiculous. There is nothing "valid" about this charge. I was wondering if banks have fee or usury limits.

I'm really confused, I have been trying to establish credit to get a nice car on my own without a co signer. I make pretty good income, but the credit has always been a problem. I went to the dealer without my co signer, I check my credit on experian CREDIT EXPERT, everyday and after 6 months on 1 card and also a couple of secured loans with 3 months on each I thought I had established enough credit with my income to go and get the car of my dreams, then I went to the dealership with my income paystubs YTD everything verifies that I make 4-5K a month and they pulled my credit. It showed up that I have 0 on all 3 bureaus. 0?!? I have established no credit after 6 months?!?! Thats a bunch of BS.
