Possibly a turnkey. I don't know where to start. Are there grants? Are there websites that can lead me step by step? I am obviously going to need a loan.

I work for an insurance agency and love my job, but have been unhappy recently due to being passed over for a promotion. Yesterday my brother-in-law offered me a job working for the insurance agency that he is manager of, and it is for a lot more money then what I am making now. I would be a fool to pass up more money, because lets face it nothing is getting any cheaper these days yet I feel guilty for considering the new job.My brother -in-law and my current boss and I all 3 worked for a different insurance agency together so we are all friends. Should I go to my boss and let him know about the offer and see if he counter offers or should I just take the new job and give my 2 weeks notice? Please help!

OK, the purists will argue now that this is not a question. Some will even "wittily" answer with a yes or no. But for those of you who like to help, I need a name for my company I intend to set up. Nothing silly, nothing "lovey dovey", it's a FINANCIAL company, so have something along those lines please

My boss recently sold his bussiness, but is required to consult for 30 days. He told me he was going to train me as management 4 differnet times, then hired a man instead. (a man he had fired 2 months before because he could not perform his job) He also just told me that women have no place running a beer and wine store. I have a witness to the remarks, plus I have another ex -employee whom he tried to reduce her pay and said to her that women have no place to be in charge.

She called the builder (becuase that house has one year warranty) and they sent a supervisor and a plumber and the said that they have to take the walls and the kitchen down and dig on the floor to fix the tank pumps and it will cost $3000 also they told her that they will put a camera to go into the septic tank and if it is full of tissue paper the warrranty will nto cover that. I told her that is bullsh..!, how come in three months you are going to have your septic tank full of tissue paper. She lives in Florida. I want to help her. Need legal advice and HELP!!
