URGENT: How to Get a Job as a Painter and Sell on the net?

I want to sell my paintings (I paint) on the net.

Shall I give them to the websites already exist (Ebay, Yahoo, Hotmail etc.)
Or, Should I open my own website?

Which is more reasonable?

Please help...

I would suggest opening your own website. If you do it yourself you have control over appearance, layout, fonts, etc. ...but a website can be time consuming, if you do everything yourself...including the graphics.
