I recently withdrew my life saving of $290,000 to buy an invisible mansion. The realitor told me to light fire my briefcase of cash, close my eyes, and my house would suddenly appear. 2 weeks later I my mansion cannot be found. What should I do?

My Landlord entered my property without any notice. I caught him in my apartment yesterday, and it sent me into a panic attack. Who can I complain to.(ie. housing comission, etc.) I have evidence so he can't deny it.

I applied for, and was denied, a job transfer for the same field position I currently hold elsewhere in the country. Job duties are identical. Employed w/ the company 11 yrs, 2.5 in current role. VERY successful in current role. I nearly maxed-out bonus potential both years. Similar results this year. Performance appraisals in current role have been "Exceeds Expectations" & "Improving". Duties are expanding into new responsibilities where prior experience has me labeled most knowledgable. My competition: one level below my current job, office job, very little field experience & face time w/ customers, employed with company shorter time but longer in related field however outdated experience in expanding role, assume equivalent preformance reviews, no bonus structure. We differ by race or gender. Hiring manager is not my current boss & works in office w/ my competition, is opposite gender or race of competition. "Don't see a situation where you don't get the job"- Hiring manager's boss

I inadvertly left the acetic acid valved out at work which resulted in the production of 30,000 pounds of non-terminated nylon chips when they should have been terminated chips. The control room technician had the alarm suppressed which would have revealed the error. Another employee did the same thing twice and was not terminated. This error cost the company over $30,000 for a six hour production run.Should the employer overlook this as human error. Important, should they have installed a safety device to prevent this from happening since it has happened twice before in the past year.

I was injuried by pulling a pallet that was too heavy and my shoulder hurts. They sent me to the doctor yesterday but today the manager told me to go again and this time I had to clock out and that when I go for physical therapy I will have to clock out too. I am confused because I was injured at work and I am still working light duty and they won't pay me for hours missed to take care of a work related injury?

This is in Illinois. He is collecting unemployment and working part time- but he is only allowed to work 22 hrs a week or less while he is collecting. Does anyone know why this is allowed? Can anybody do this? There is no info that I can find on the IDES site.

I have seen some merchant shop asks for VISA credit/debit card for purchase.

i dont know what is this "VISA credit/debit card".

suppose, I have an ATM *** Debit card of HDFC bank.....on this ATM *** Debit card there is a VISA logo attached.....SO, CAN I think this ATM *** Debit card(HDFC bank) a VISA DEBIT card ?
