I would suggest doing a little research into color psychology. It is really quite interesting how color can effect your mood, your stress levels, and blood pressure.
I suggest a shade of blue or green or a combination. Both are very calming, soothing, watery colors.
You will want to avoid stimulating colors such as orange, red, and yellow.
My massage place keeps the lights dim and has aqua music..its soft and has some water sounds. They use heated towels and sheets.
