No. Using copywrited material for commercial purposes is expressly prohibited.
You would need to contact the owner of the copywrite and license the clip.

Having said that, unless you are going national or run the ad for an extended period of time its doubtful you would get caught although if you do expect it to get expensive.

EDIT:
Didn't think about your ad being on the net. If that is your plan don't do it. Most of the studios have spiders that crawl the net looking for infringing material.

totally illegal and in response to the above reply try it if it small and you may not get caught . The internet is world wide and things get around in a hurry and he was RIGHT they can get real expensive real quick if you get caught . Leave the coptright material off and sleep soundly at night and good luck in your business venture .
