i am sorry to hear that you are under this terrible stress. you need to be strong and walk through this tough time in life. life is testing you. Testing your strength on you will. Go get help. From family, friends, or authoritys. Your will amazed on how much they willing to offer you their hands only if you just ask. Because they care about you. We all have hard times in our live, but its your courage and willingness to overcome any obstacle attitude will make you the best you can be. when you look back ten years from now, you will appreciate yourself for what you did. Good luck!

sign up for food stamps immediately. You will need a permanent address so make sure they have an address of you and an alternate address like that of a relative. You will need your transportation and gas. Seems to me you still have the internet so search the newspapers in your area for work, and apply online if they are within a 15 mile radius of where you are. Contact your church and ask what they can offer to you. Call your county as sometimes after you apply with them in person they can offer you one month's rent (paid to your landlord, but it's paid late of course so they have to agree to that). You can stay in your apartment until the sheriff comes to ask you to move. If you can then get your stuff boxed and take it to a storage unit when the sheriff comes or take it to a friend's place for holding (make sure some kind of agreement is on paper so you'll get your stuff back later on). Travel light. If worse comes to worse you can sleep in your car but ask some policeman where the safest place is to go. If you are hungry at the end of a day go to a manager of the evening shift of maybe MacDonalds or Burger King ask them if you can get some food and what time to come back...they have rules that if they have overages at the end of the day they must throw them out. Sometimes the churches give out chits for food at MacDonalds. I know this isn't much help, but many people go thru this many times in their lives so think what your alternatives might be, but don't waste your money. Your world is not ending, it's a learning experience. So calmly take it one step at a time and learn from it.

Tinker, read your own yahoo profile. The part that talks about being the mother of 8. In the above paragraph you're the mother of 5. What happened to the other 3? :)
Me thinks the Tinker is a Stinker who likes to play with others on Yahoo answers, cuz your history of questions et al, somehow seems inconsistant with the tire emergency described above.
Just an opinion though....

To help you get rid of stress, you could go for a walk or jog, if your
able to. Then do stretching afterwards.
There's always groups like Salvation army, churches that give free help etc. Look in the yellow pages, and also under church listings near where you live.
Also, to avoid thinking about your problems, volunteer to help others that are worse off than you.

Try to let yourself not worry about what will happen because even if everything is terribly terribly bad is it really THAT bad?... pray about it is what I would do and give it to God and you'll feel 100 percent more content.... and to relieve your physical of stress you should get out and do some exercise like running or swimming or something and listen to music and relax.
Hope you start feeling better and I hope things start getting better for you. Sounds tough, but hang in there!

Just take a break. Like on the weekends just treat yourself no phone, no friends, nobody. And just chil relax. Or go to a spa. Also before you do that find a job or maybe sell some things you don't need.

Workout at the gym. It usually calms me down after I work up a good sweat. Releases toxins and makes you forget about your problems temporarily.
