the whole presentation of yourself will be the first impression to the interviewer,so well groomed is a must,dress nicely and neatly.and on top of that smile is important

You mean your job ASSESSMENT ?business attire and a friendly smile- no mumbling, sit up straight! no chewing gum or smoking (or smoking breath).Have a pencil/pen paper.
