None! Checking your own credit will NOT affect your score. Nor will that inquiry show up on your credit report if you apply for a loan.
There's another type of credit inquiry that does not affect your score or show up on reports. Many banks and lenders do periodic checks on their customers' credit records. When you pull your own report, they will show up but when you apply for credit they will not.

No, simply checking your credit rating does not impact on your score or credit rating. It is actually a good idea to check it at least annually or when a suspicious incident takes place to ensure that it is accurate and any trouble spots can be corrected.

If you monitor your own credit report with a licensed agency, you won't lose any points.
