Any recommendations on lotion,spray?? HELP! i need to get TAN!

Mine is a make up product i can not go out anywhere without my eye liner n mascara, it just wont happen!

I've tried Revlon & Mabelleyne, but I don't know of any other DRUGSTORE BRANDS that actually have good mascaras that DON'T FLAKE. Once my mascara flakes, my eyes itch like crazy. Does Cover Girl or any other brands have good mascaras that don't flake/smudge/dry/smear?

Im using Sunplay sunscreen and SPF 130,anyway is higher the spf means better protection?and if im using a sunscreen that have these:makeup base,enhances skin fairness and with vit C & E,are all these 'things' inside e sunscreen going to work?isn't it like,too much things inside the sunscreen??that maybe can be a harm to the skin..btw,if it doesn't put non-comodegenic on the product,that means its comodegenic?

i use Carmex everyday and if i don't use it then my lips become really chapped. is there some way to slowly stop using so much chap stick but make my lips still not chapped.

i AM VERY VERY WHITE...I can't tan because i turn red and the last time i tried airburshing i turned orange... where can i go or which products are ot there that will give a subtle goldeny tone kind of bronzy not ORANGE!! ??? is there any hope for me??
