I want to try false lashes, but I just want to make sure my lashes don't fall out. Can they cause a problem with contact lens?

Using false lashes from time to time will not harm your natural lashes. If you plan to wear them daily remove them with an eye makeup removed to that the skin is not irritated and the lashes are nor being pulled day after day. The actual false lashes will not harm contact lenses and long as they are properly secured. Be careful not to get the lash adhesive in your eyes. It would be best to apply the lashes, wait about 5 minutes for the glue to completely dry and then insert your contacts if at all possible.

I have used false eyelashes a lot! If you apply at the very base of the lashes and don't apply too much glue i have never had a problem.

If you apply them properly (look at the attached article for the how to) you shouldn't have to worry. Be gentle when applying and removing.

You might want to start with individual lashes. They create the most natural look and only a few groupings can make a big difference.

No just use the least amount of glue possible let the glue get tacky before you put the lashes on

Yes!! They will make your lashes come out and then you will have to wear them faithfully for a while.. If you are going to wear them, make sure you are gentle when you take them off because alot of them come out then. They should be worn for special occassions only.. that way they won't do that much damage.

they will only come out if you pull them. you need to be gentle when removing them. and some have stronger glues that require you to just leave the lashes on until they are ready to fall off themselves. they look hot. try them :)

Unless you put the glue on your eyes the contacts should be fine.and let the glue get tacky before putting them on...but don't for get there is still such a thing as allergic reactions to the glue...

there is truly no factor to wearing them. Plus they seem to be a ***** to placed on. Ive had my eyes glued close previously. I 13 or 14 and that i had to placed on them for synchro. skating. That replace into variety of frightening. anyhow, i do no longer think of they are mandatory.
