Sephora--different colors (pink, purple, blue, green) each for $8. Very good quality. Work well and don't smear off.
Claire's--come in packs of five(pink, purple, green, blue, tan) all for $12. Average quality, but work well. Not waterproof.

I use the Bare Escentuals eye shadow glimmers for my eyeliners. Applied with a brush and water they are fabulous:

They run around $13.00 a pot and well worth it. You can go to a local Sephora store or Bare Escentuals store (bare minerals make-up as seen on TV).

Urban Decay has really great sparkling make up. Check out their website. Their prices are reasonable also. I am an avid reader of beauty acticles and they recommend Urban Decay frequently. They have tons of options.

Revlon just came out with gold eyeliner. It costs about 10 bucks, and I like it.
