I've tried Revlon & Mabelleyne, but I don't know of any other DRUGSTORE BRANDS that actually have good mascaras that DON'T FLAKE. Once my mascara flakes, my eyes itch like crazy. Does Cover Girl or any other brands have good mascaras that don't flake/smudge/dry/smear?

Some mascaras irritate my eyes too. However, I've had good results w/ L'Oreal Featherlash regular & waterproof.
Neutrogena's Clean Lash Tint has gotten good reviews but I haven't tried it yet. It is best for darkening lashes rather than lengthening them.

Maybelline Unstoppable Mascara. Its made specifically to not smudge or flake, and its always worked well for me. Also I believe Neutrogena makes a lash tint as well which I've never used but is described on their site like this:
Neutrogena® Clean Lash Tint is the ultra-clean and gentle way to darken lashes daily without mascara.
The smooth liquid color tint blackens every lash without clumps, smudges or flakes for a natural look. It rinses clean with just warm water, no makeup remover required. So safe for contact lens wearers and sensitive eyes that it's ACUVUE® recommended.

Rimmel ,dior,clear mascara(if you have black eyelashes) waterproof is actually bad for you and its hard to take off unless you want to wear it underater as in swimming but still, I use "great lash" by maybelline clear mascara because i have dark eyelashes so it makes me look like im wearing mascara and it doesnt give that stiff eyelash feeling you could also use covergirl. Estee lauder, Illusionist Waterproof mascara is the best... it was about £18 when i bought it!
